Booking Policies
Transparent policies for a worry-free booking experience.
Reserve Now, Pay on Arrival
We operate a "Reserve Now, Pay on Arrival" model for your convenience:
- No online payment or credit card is required to make a reservation.
- Simply submit your booking request with your preferred dates.
- Once confirmed by our host, your dates are secured.
- Payment is made in person upon arrival — we accept cash and mobile money (MoMo).
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to a fee equivalent to one night's stay.
- To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on your check-in date without prior notice:
- Your reservation will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
- The dates will be released for other guests.
- Please contact us if your plans change — we're happy to accommodate date changes when possible.
